What You’ll Get

Each week, three new curated classes are released online through the membership portal that you watch and practice when your schedule allows. There’s an additional option to attend a live class with me each week and connect in real time.

and each month one of the three weekly classes is taught by a guest teacher so that you’ll always be getting fresh perspectives, insights, and knowledge drops. I will always lead the other two, which lends some stability, familiarity, and structure to the ongoing evolution of your connection to your physical form.

  • I curate a list of sincere and knowledgable guest teachers of various background and specialization. Each month, there will be a new guest teacher that contribute one of the 3 weekly classes released (pre-recorded).

You can expect a rotation of teachers with backgrounds in functional movement, yoga, pilates, tai chi, chi gong, strength training, massage, craniosacral therapy, and beyond.

  • All classes will be available for a week until they are replaced with the following week's classes. The time allotment is intentionally short so that members are encouraged to continually make time in their schedule to complete them rather than accumulate an ever growing list of to-dos, which often happens when we have ongoing "lifetime access".

  • It's a combination of many modalities I have studied diffused into very compact, value dense classes. The guest teachers draw from additional modalities and specializations. The focus is on delivering a variety of approaches and techniques that you can start to incorporate into your day to day life with a little practice and repetition.

  • There will be a live class on Friday with time allotted for questions, conversation, and connection. If your schedule allows you to join, this will be an opportunity for concerns. Members of the program are also welcome to email me directly with any questions, feedback, or suggestions.

  • My goal is to make my classes as catered and relevant to as many subscribers as possible. I gladly take suggestions. Each week I’ll send out an email to subscribers highlighting the upcoming week’s practices. You can respond to those emails, with any questions or concerns.

  • All three class recordings will be released at the beginning of the week.

It’s up to you how you want to pace them out. The first recording will be led by me, and will be focused on a specific area of the body or body system, such as spinal mobility, hands and feet, core strength, releasing tension in the neck and jaw… and so forth.

The second recording will be led by the featured guest teacher of the month.

The third class is intended to be an integrated, full body movement class taught by me. You’ll have the option to join me live for this class each Friday afternoon, and the recording will be posted the following week.

You can repeat these classes as many times as you like until they are replaced by the following week’s classes.
