Luke Welsh
Luke has been teaching Yoga and Qi Gong over the past decade, and is passionate about incorporating the wisdom of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine into his practice. In addition to teaching, Luke also offers hands on bodywork as a structural integration and cranial sacral therapist. Luke lives in Kansas City, MO, where he enjoys gardening (native plants, medicinal herbs, and veggies!) and spending time with family and friends.
Through Luke’s contribution to Movement Snacks, you’ll be guided through two great Qi Gong forms, which nourish life and wellness, as well as try out a handful of self-care techniques you can use any time to restore your body.
You can work with Luke in person by scheduling a bodywork appointment at his midtown office at 2800 McGee Trafficway. He also teaches seasonal Qi Gong through the Kansas City Public Library (Plaza branch).
