Rather, I approach yoga as a space to clear out mental, physical, and emotional residue by pulling our awareness back into our own beings, starting with building sensation intelligence. I lead yoga as a space for slowing down enough rekindle a trusting relationship with our own physicality and attunement to our inner authority.
