Because it is… or at least it can be. My work is to support you as you learn to feel, understand, and address the habits and beliefs that are getting in the way of you showing up as the version of yourself that you know is possible.

If you’re anything like me, at some point in your life you internalized the messages that led us to believe that something was intrinsically wrong with us, and we’re forever destined to be at war with our own bodies and minds. For over 20 years, I’ve been invested in clearing up my own disorientation and accumulating the tools for self-intimacy I needed stop battling with myself. and I’m dedicated to offering a container and sharing these tools with others following this path.

  • Prior to starting yoga with Monica , I thought yoga was for suburban women who had a certain body type that I do not have and it is, but it is for everybody and every body. Monica's classes have inspired me and created a passion that I was not expecting. Monica teaches from a place of love, body positivity, inclusion, knowledge, zero judgement, and consent. The way I feel that yoga was meant to be taught.
